1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from NODE ZERO ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Products and Digital Downloads
NODE ZERO sells digital design files (DXF, SVG) for use with CNC plasma and laser cutting machines. All sales are for personal or commercial fabrication use by the purchasing individual or business.
- All files are delivered digitally. You will receive download access immediately upon confirmed payment.
- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Refunds are issued only if a file is defective or materially different from its description.
- Files marked "Burn Ready Guaranteed" have been tested and verified for direct use with plasma or laser CNC machines at or above the stated minimum cut size.
3. License Agreement
When you purchase a file from NODE ZERO, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the file for physical fabrication. This license permits:
- Cutting and fabricating physical parts for personal use or resale.
- Scaling the design up for use on larger material (scaling down may affect bridge integrity and voids the cut guarantee).
This license does not permit:
- Reselling, redistributing, or sharing the original digital files.
- Publishing the files on third-party file-sharing platforms (Etsy, Thingiverse, etc.).
- Claiming authorship or ownership of the designs.
4. Payments
All transactions are processed securely through PayPal. NODE ZERO does not store payment card information. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity under your account is your responsibility. NODE ZERO reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, graphics, content, and code on NODE ZERO are the intellectual property of NODE ZERO or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
NODE ZERO provides files "as is." While we stand behind the quality of our Burn Ready Guaranteed files, we make no warranties regarding the fitness of any file for a particular machine configuration, material thickness, or operator setup. Users are responsible for validating files with their specific equipment before production cutting.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NODE ZERO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our files or services, including damage to materials, equipment, or business losses. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific file or service in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
